Nancy E. McDermott, DMD, MD
Dr. Nancy McDermott received her dental degree from Harvard School of Dental Medicine and her medical degree from Harvard Medical School. She completed her residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston where she also undertook research of dental implants. She then spent time as a head and neck oncology fellow at the University of Maryland. Dr. McDermott was the staff oral and maxillofacial surgeon at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. Prior to becoming an Oral Surgeon, Dr. McDermott was a professional ballet dancer with the Ohio Ballet and Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre.
