Lionel A. Bulford, DDS
Lionel Bulford is a graduate of the University of Scranton, Pennsylvania. He attended Columbia University School of Dentistry and Oral Surgery. His post doctoral training included a residency and fellowship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Woodhull Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Bulford spent three years on active duty with the U.S. Army. While in the Army he spent a great deal of time performing orthognathic, reconstructive and dental implant surgery and was Chief Mentor of Oral Surgery in the AEGD training program. Dr. Bulford was in private practice in Schenectady, New York for five years before joining Saratoga County Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Associates in 2003. Dr. Bulford is a Board Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon and Board Certified Dental Anesthesiologist. In addition to his private practice responsibilities, Dr. Bulford is also Co-Director of the Cleft Palate Clinic at St. Clare’s Hospital; Co-Director of the GPR Oral Pathology CPC program at the Stratton VA Hospital and Assistant Mentor of Oral Surgery for the GPR at St. Clare’s Hospital.
